Upon arrival

To elevate your Spa experience, I recommend being ready 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Any delay after your scheduled appointment may result in time being deducted from your treatment.

Treatment attire

Treatments are mostly enjoyed without clothing and jewelry. However, you can undress to your comfort level. Except for the body part being worked on you will be fully draped.

Policies

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from your bill. Please cancel any appointments 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid fees.

NO-SHOWS MAY RESULT IN BEING BLOCKED FROM BOOKING.

Payments & gratuity

I accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Spa Finder (Card ONLY) and Cash.

Gratuity is not required, but we recommend 20%.

Age

Children under the age of 18 must have a signed minor release form by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian will have to remain on the premises and may be required to stay in the room during the treatment.

Inappropriate behavior

Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request about sexual components and massage will result in immediate termination of your treatment. You will be refused all services in the future. You will be charged the full fee regardless of the length of your treatment.
